The Move Free Dancers are a recreational dance troupe of active adults, all over the age of 50. Their goal is to inspire people of all ages to keep moving, maintain strong and healthy joints, and do the things they love to do. The Move Free Dancers are living proof that it's easy to continue to stay active and keep moving.

An Honorary Move Free Dancer is someone who has learned the Move Free Dance and who is committed to living the active Move Free life and showing others that age is just a number.
